Print Spot specialises in custom printed and branded marketing materials, including but not limited to:

  • Stickers and labels
  • Banners and signage
  • Branded packaging
  • Promotional marketing materials

Because many of our products are custom manufactured, they are produced specifically according to customer artwork, specifications, and approvals.

Product Representation

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and printing processes
  • Slight variations in colour, alignment, or finish may occur in print production
  • Printed colours may differ from digital proofs or screen previews

Such variations are normal in the printing industry and do not constitute defects.

SECTION 3 – ARTWORK, FILES AND PRINT APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork submitted for printing is correct.

Before submitting an order, you must ensure that:

  • All spelling, grammar, and contact information are correct
  • Artwork is supplied in the correct format and resolution
  • Dimensions and layout are correct
  • Colours and design elements are approved

Once artwork is approved for printing or production begins, Print Spot cannot be held responsible for:

  • Spelling errors
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Design errors
  • Colour variations from screen previews
  • Layout issues present in the supplied artwork

Reprints due to customer artwork errors will be charged at the full production cost.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase.

Orders are only accepted once:

  1. Payment has been successfully received, and
  2. Print Spot confirms the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • Products are unavailable
  • Pricing errors occur
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
  • Artwork violates copyright or trademark laws

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are:

  • Listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Inclusive or exclusive of VAT where indicated

Production times vary depending on the product ordered.

  • Large format or signage: 3–15 working days
  • Custom or bulk orders: as quoted

Production begins only after:

  • Payment has cleared, and
  • Final artwork approval has been received.

Production times are estimates only and may vary due to workload, supplier availability, or technical issues.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders may be delivered through courier partners or collected from our premises.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Print Spot is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Strikes or force majeure events

Risk and ownership of goods passes to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because most of our products are custom printed, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun.

Refunds or replacements may be issued where:

  • Products are defective
  • The wrong product was supplied
  • The product was damaged during production

Print Spot will not be responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party services
  • transactions conducted outside our website
